Cantt Board Wah: Notice of Proposed Transfer of Property Rights (Property No. 13-E, Survey No. 16)

The Executive Officer, Cantt Board Wah Cantonment, gives public notice that property No. 13-E (Survey No. 16; Schedule 1X-A, CLA Rules 1937) located at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, presently recorded in the name of Abdul Aleem son of Abdul Hakim, is proposed to be transferred by oral gift (Shari'ah) to his son Abdul Waheed Aleem son of Abdul Aleem.

Any person having an objection must submit objections with supporting evidence to the Executive Officer, Cantt Board Wah Cantonment, by registered post or in person at the Cantt Board office within 15 days of this publication; otherwise the transfer will be processed and no subsequent appeal will be admitted.
