DHA Lahore Tender: Underground Electrification & Street Lighting Works in Sector-Y (Karbath), Phase-VII

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore invites sealed single-stage single-envelope bids for the construction of underground external electrification works (MV/LV) along with street light system for newly created / re-planned area in Sector-Y (Karbath) of Phase-VII. Estimated cost of the project is Rs 590 million with a completion period of 8 months.

Eligible DHA-registered electrical firms (individual or joint venture) with valid PEC licence for 2025/2026 in category C2 & above and relevant PEC specialization codes (EE-04 & EE-05) may obtain bidding documents from 2026-07-13 to 2026-07-22 on payment of Rs 10,000 (non-refundable). A 2% bid security is required. Sealed bids must be delivered to the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI DHA Lahore by 2026-07-27 11:00; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30.
