MEPCO Tender: Outsourced Handling & Erection of HT PCC/Spun Poles — Rahim Yar Khan Circle

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Operation Circle Rahim Yar Khan, invites e-bids for outsourced services for safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC/spun poles (36', 45' and 31' LT PCC/spun pole) for new connections, deposit works and maintenance/rehabilitation for the financial year 2026-27 across R.Y. Khan, Khanpur, Liaqatpur and Sadiqabad divisions.

Eligible WPAD/MEPCO-approved contractors (Classes A, B, C & D) with renewal for 2025-26 and PEC field specialization EE-04 or EE-05 should submit bids electronically via EPADs (eprocure.gov.pk). Tender bid amount is PKR 2.0 million per lot with bid security PKR 0.06 million. Bids must be submitted by 2026-07-29 11:00 AM (opening 11:30 AM same day). Manual bids are not accepted; bid validity 120 days and original bank guarantee valid 150 days must be furnished as specified.
