HEC Pre-Qualification for Provision of Stationery & Contingent Items (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)

Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites pre-qualification applications from Islamabad/Rawalpindi-based firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List for a framework agreement for the provision of stationery and contingent items.

Pre-qualification documents are available from the Purchase Section (Services Division), Room 1-B6, Basement, Executive Block-I, HEC, Sector H-9, Islamabad, upon submission of a firm’s application letter and payment receipt of Rs.1000 (non-refundable). The fee may be deposited in HEC Account No. 17427900133401 at Habib Bank Ltd., SRC Branch H-9, Islamabad. Documents may also be downloaded from www.hec.gov.pk by submitting a Bank Challan/Draft of Rs.1000 along with the application.

Completed applications must reach the Purchase Section by 2016-07-28 13:30 hrs. Applications will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs. Further details are also available on the PPRA website.
