Punjab Wildlife & Parks Dept: Framework Tender for Ration, Beef, Chicken/Fish Supplies (Lahore Zoo)

Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department (Lahore Zoo) invites sealed electronic bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for framework contracts to supply (1) Ration (fruits, vegetables & dry items), (2) Beef, and (3) Chicken, Fish & Roti on a package/lot-wise basis. Total estimated cost PKR 43.363 million: Ration PKR 17.697M (5% PKR 0.88M), Beef PKR 17.164M (5% PKR 0.85M), Chicken/Fish/Roti PKR 8.502M (5% PKR 0.42M).

Electronic bids must be uploaded via e-Procurement before 2026-07-30 11:00 AM; bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM (bidders may attend at the Committee Room, Lahore Zoo, Mall Road, Lahore). Bid security of 5% of the estimated price is required in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order issued by Bank of Punjab. Bid validity 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject or scrap the bidding process under PPRA laws.
