The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) announces a mechanism for issuance of Completion Certificates for properties in Sub-sectors G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-15/3, Islamabad to facilitate property transactions.
Authorization to transfer properties without a Completion Certificate remains valid until 31-08-2026. Delay completion charges will be levied after 31-12-2026 or five years from plan approval, whichever is later. No property transfers will be allowed without a Completion Certificate after 31-08-2026.
