Issuer: Ministry of Housing & Works, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA).
Purpose: Final public notice to specified allottees of Sector F-14/15 who were issued consent letters in 2016 but have not deposited the prescribed down payment. Allottees are given a final opportunity to deposit outstanding amounts and inform FGEHA; otherwise their consent letters will be cancelled.
Background: Consent letters were issued in 2016 with a requirement to deposit the prescribed down payment within twenty-one (21) days of issuance. Despite notices, reminders and opportunities for personal hearing over more than eight (08) years, the listed allottees have not complied.
Action required: Listed allottees must deposit the requisite outstanding down payment and inform FGEHA within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the consent letter for the housing scheme F-14/15.
