Application & eligibility:
- Competitive salaries will be offered.
- Age limit: 18–62 years (for other positions as stated).
- Candidates must upload all required documents (qualification, education, experience, certificates, valid license & NOC if applicable) on the application portal. Experience and age will be calculated as of the closing date.
- Employees of government institutes and internal candidates must attach a fresh NOC issued by their department.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.

Fees & payment:
- Doctors: Application processing fee Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable).
- Other positions: Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) (excluding "Staff Nurse" position where fee exclusion is indicated).
- Payment may be made by deposit at Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580008550400038 OR by online deposit to PKOGBPUIN6580008550400038 under account title "Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (HPTP-1)". Applicants must upload a screenshot of the online transaction or a picture of the bank slip when applying.
