Pakistan Railways Tender: Replacement of Conductors & DBs at Lahore Headquarters

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 36(a) 2004 for replacement of old conductors and distribution boards (DBs) in Finney Wing and Baglay Wing verandahs at the Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore.

Eligible firms/contractors must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATPL), and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant financial category with specialized code EE04 and up-to-date renewal. Bidding documents are available and submissions must be made via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

• Bids must be submitted on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must register on EPADS and PPRA to access tender documents.
• Bid security must be submitted physically before opening of the tender to the office of the Assistant Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore, while a scanned copy of the complete bid must be uploaded on EPADS.
• Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rule 3(1).
