Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA).
Purpose: Final public notice to specific allottees of Sector F-14/15 who were issued consent letters in 2016 but failed to deposit the prescribed down payment as required.
Background: Consent letters were issued in 2016 requiring deposit of the prescribed down payment within twenty-one (21) days from the date of issuance. Despite the lapse of more than eight (08) years and issuance of several notices, reminders and opportunities for personal hearing, the listed allottees have not deposited the requisite down payment nor complied with allotment terms and conditions.
Final requirement: The listed allottees are given a final chance to deposit the outstanding amount and inform FGEHA within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise the consent letter for the respective housing scheme F-14/15 shall stand cancelled without any further notice.
