Issuer: Deputy General Manager, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore (contact: +92 42 99202688). Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 36(a) 2004 for electrical works at the Headquarters Office, Lahore.
Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATPL), and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant financial category with specialized code EE04 and up-to-date renewal.
Submission and bidding instructions: Bids will be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must register on EPADS/PPRA to access and upload bidding documents. A physical copy of the bid security must be submitted before opening to the office of the Assistant Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Complete scanned bids must be uploaded on EPADS. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
