Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot issues a proclamation directing listed witnesses/abductees to appear before the Court at the District Complex, District Kashmore at Kandhkot within seven days after publication of this notice. The matter relates to Special Case No. 165 of 2025 arising from FIR No. 14 of 2014 registered at Police Station Durrani Mahar under sections 363, 386-A, 368, 324, 148, 149 PPC and sections 6/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
The Court has recorded that non-bailable warrants for appearance were issued but remained unexecuted and the police reported the witnesses/abductees to be absconding; proclamation under section 87 Cr.P.C together with section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 has been ordered.
