Eligibility and instructions:
- Firms/contractors must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATPL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and be registered with PEC under the relevant financial category with code EE04.
- Bidders must register on EPADS/PPRA to access and submit tender documents. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
- Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS as per the schedule above. Bidders must also submit the physical bid security as specified before opening.
- Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rule 33(1).
