Issuer: Deputy General Manager, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Invitation to bid under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 36(a) 2004 for replacement of old conductor and distribution boards (DBs) in Finney Wing and Baglay Wing verandahs at Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATPL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant financial category with specialized code EE04 and up-to-date renewal.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must upload a complete scanned copy of their bid on EPADS. Bid security must also be submitted physically before opening of the tender to the office of the Assistant Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Bidders are required to register at EPADS and PPRA to access tender documents.
