Banking Court-11, District & Sessions Court Building (First Floor), Hyderabad has issued a summons in Case No. 172/2026 filed by MCB (plaintiff) against Alnajm Ahmed (son of Hamd Akhtar) for recovery of an outstanding amount of Rs. 2,214,670.57 under the Recovery of Finance Ordinance, 2001.
The defendant is directed to appear in court on 2026-08-11 at 08:30 AM or, alternatively, submit a written statement of defence (as provided under the relevant provision) within thirty (30) days. Failure to appear or respond may result in the court granting relief to the plaintiff in accordance with law.
