| MPhil or an equivalent postgraduate qualification constituting a minimum of 18 years of formal education, awarded by an HEC-recognised university or degree-awarding institution in Pakistan, or an equivalently accredited institution abroad. The qualification must be in a health & clinical science. | At least two (2) peer-reviewed research publications in journals listed under HEC-recognised journal categories (W, X). Co-authorship acceptable if the candidate is among the first three authors or is the corresponding author. Publications in W category journals or as first/corresponding author will be given additional weight. | Demonstrated familiarity with quantitative or qualitative research methodologies; working knowledge of at least one statistical software package (SPSS, STATA, R, or equivalent); ability to conduct basic data analysis and interpret outputs independently; sufficient written and spoken English for preparing research reports and manuscripts. Communication competency will be assessed at interview. No minimum standardized test score is prescribed. |
