Notice of Mutation: Leasehold Plot No. 238, Gujranwala Cantt

The Military Estates Officer, Gujranwala Circle notifies that Plot No. 238 (Survey No. 1/238), measuring 666.66 sq. yds in Gujranwala Cantonment, held on lease under Sch. IX-A of the CLA Rules, 1973 in the name of Mst. Surriya Begum W/o Muhammad Anwar, has been orally gifted to her son Mr. Kashif Sohail S/o Muhammad Anwar.

The oral gift is recorded by Declaration dated 2026-02-28 with acceptance dated 2026-03-25. If anyone has any objection to the proposed mutation, they must approach the undersigned with documentary evidence within 15 days of this notice's publication; otherwise the leasehold rights will be incorporated in favour of the donee.
