Bank of Punjab Public Auction — Property at Gulberg II, Lahore (Reserve Rs. 11,359,400)

Bank of Punjab invites public bids for a mortgaged property to be auctioned on site in Gulberg II, Lahore. The property will be sold on an "as is where is" basis. Interested bidders must follow the earnest money and payment schedule described below.

Payment conditions: The highest bidder will be declared successful. The successful bidder must deposit a minimum of 25% of the bid amount within 2 business days of the auction. The balance must be paid within 15 days from the date of the initial deposit. If the successful bidder fails to pay as required, the earnest money will be forfeited and the deposited amount will be applied as reduction of the borrower's liability; the property may be re-auctioned.

Additional conditions: The bank is not responsible for any errors in the particulars as per mortgage deed and other documents. The auctioneer may adjourn proceedings at their discretion. The successful bidder is responsible for all transfer/registration duties including Federal/FBR taxes (if any).
