BPPPA Tender — Supply of Plug-in Hybrid Electric Double Cabin 4x4 Pickup

Issuer: Balochistan Public Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA). Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 for supply of a plug-in hybrid electric double cabin 4x4 pickup. Electronic bids only (no physical bids).

Eligibility & requirements:

• Three (3) assignments of similar nature and complexity.
• Minimum turnover of at least PKR 20,000,000 in the previous 3 years.
• Presence on Active Taxpayer List and valid Sales Tax Certificate.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in the same business.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding. Bid security: 2% of the bid value in the form of a Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, payable in the name of the CEO, BPPPA.

Tender documents and submission: Complete bidding documents may be obtained/viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard on the ePPS system.

Deadline & opening: Last date for electronic submission: 2026-07-07 until 01:30 PM. Tender opening: same day at 01:45 PM on the ePPS system.
