Tender: Repair/Uplifting of E-Commerce Center, University of Balochistan (BSDI Phase-II) — Quetta

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Building), City Quetta CWPP&H.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for repair/uplifting/maintenance of the E-Commerce Center at University of Balochistan (BSDI, Phase-II) for the year 2026. Works to be executed on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates.

Tender fee: 2,000 PKR. Bid security: 3% of estimated cost.

Procurement: Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Eligibility requirements (as stated):

- Presence in Active Tax Payer List.

- The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.

- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.

- The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature of work.

- Turnover of at least 14,004,479 PKR.

- Firm must have completed at least 03 projects of at least 60% of the estimated cost in the last 05 years (as stated).

Bid security: Must accompany bid in the form of Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call of 3% from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Tender documents: Can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of 2,000 PKR. Issuance period: From date of publication of NIT until 2026-07-02 during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: Tenders must be submitted latest by 2026-07-02 till 09:00 AM. Opening: Tenders will be opened same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned.
