Tender Notice: Vehicle Repairs, Spares and Related Maintenance – SP Investigation Swabi (FY 2026/27)

Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Swabi invites sealed tenders from registered contractors for repair and maintenance of government vehicles and related works for the financial year 2026/2027. Works include spare parts, engines, tires and tubes, batteries, filters, tarpaulin/body repairs, office stationery, machinery and furniture repairs, and other contingencies.

Submission deadline is 13 August 2026 at 09:00; tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Contractors must be registered with NTN, GST and KPRA and hold professional tax clearance. A call deposit of Rs. 150,000 (demand draft) must accompany tenders; performance security of 10% will be required on award and successful tenders will remain valid until 30 June 2027. Specific bank-statement requirements: pick-up/motorcycle repairs Rs. 1,000,000, motorcycle tyre/tube repairs Rs. 300,000, batteries for pick-up and motorcycles Rs. 200,000. Payments will be made after store receipt approval and bill verification.
