Tender: Drilling and Development of Water Bore at Killi Dil Shan Phong Lanja, Dera Bugti (PHE Division)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed tenders/bids for drilling and development of a water bore.

Tender fee: Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable) per work. Bid security/earnest money: 2% of the bid value. Time limit for the work: three months.

Eligibility and requirements: Firms/contractors must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline with renewal for 2025-26; registration with tax authorities (BRA), NTN and Sales Tax Department where applicable; must be active filers on the ATL of FBR. Bidders must have completed three (03) assignments of similar nature and demonstrate turnover/financial capacity.

Additional conditions (where applicable): For procurement of excavator or single cabin pickup vehicle (serials referred to in the notice), bidders must be authorized manufacturer/dealer/distributor in Pakistan; offered equipment/vehicles must be brand new, unused, latest model with valid warranty and after-sales support; bidder must have supplied at least three similar items in the last five years and provide technical specifications, brochures and authorization certificates. Procuring agency reserves the right to inspect and verify offered equipment before contract award.

Procurement method: Single Stage, One Envelope procedure. Bidding/tender documents can be downloaded from the B-PPRA website or obtained on production of the tender fee (Rs. 1,500) at the issuing office. Tender fee must be deposited in head of account C-02721-02726 through Green Challan in any National Bank of Pakistan.

• Issuance: Tender documents will be issued to bidders on presentation of requisite documents and payment of tender fee.

• Submission last date and time: 2026-06-26 by 12:00 PM.

• Opening date and time: 2026-06-26 at 01:00 PM.
