Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA), Ministry of Industries & Production, invites online applications for the position of National Institutional and Policy Assessment Expert on a short-term, extendable contract. The post is based in Karachi with a remuneration of PKR 425,000/-. Candidates should hold a master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution in Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Institutional Development, Law, Public Administration, Agricultural Policy, Environmental Policy, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in institutional assessment, policy analysis, governance reform or regulatory frameworks; experience in development, government, international, climate or agribusiness sectors is preferable.
