Mari Energies Ltd — Name Change and Lease Renewal Notice for Hut Site No.55-N, Sandspit (Karachi)

Issuer: Mari Energies Limited (formerly Mari Petroleum Company Limited). Purpose: Public notice of company name change and application to Karachi Port Trust (KPT) for renewal of lease in the name of Mari Energies Limited.

Action required: Any person, company, bank, organization, financial institute, department, or any other authority/agency/government or semi-government body having any claim, right, title, interest or objection to the name change or lease renewal must notify Mari Energies and intimate the Estate Manager, Karachi Port Trust (KPT) within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, providing documentary evidence in support of such claim or objection.

Note: If no objection is received within seven days from the date of publication, all objections or claims shall be deemed waived and the lease transaction in respect of the said hut will be completed/finalized.
