| Minimum / Preferred Qualifications & Skills |

| Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with an accounting background preferred. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in construction, real estate, or project coordination is an advantage. |
