Adamjee Insurance: Disposal of 36 Salvage Vehicles — Bids due 2026-06-29

Issuer: Adamjee Insurance Co. Ltd. Sale type: Disposal of 36 salvage/company-maintained vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.

Inspection: Vehicles may be inspected between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. at 1-A, Gulberg, Lahore. For inspection queries call: 0333-4698124.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-29. Reserve price will be displayed on each vehicle.

Deposit / token money: Participants must deposit Rs. 40,000 per vehicle as token money. The token is refundable if the bid is unsuccessful. If the bid is successful the token will be adjusted against the sale price; failure to make payment by the stipulated date will result in confiscation of the token.

Payment & documentation: Successful bidder must make payment by pay order, receive vehicle documents on or before the last date of payment, and have the vehicle transferred in his/nominee's name before taking delivery. All transfer charges, taxes and duties levied by government departments will be borne by the buyer.

Taxes: Withholding tax (WHT) at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers will be charged on the offered price in addition. Capital Value Tax (CVT) @ 01% on the amount (offered price + 10% WHT) is applicable; vehicles with displacement of 1300 CC and below are excluded from CVT.

The company reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
