Public Notice: Transfer of Four Plots in Park Avenue Housing Society

This public notice states that allotment numbers PAL-2541, PAL-2542, PAL-2643 and PAL-2644 (corresponding to plot nos. 26/17, 20/16, 26/19 and 26/18) in Block A, Park Avenue Housing Society, Ja Bagga Road, are owned by Ms. Javeria Sa (daughter of Manama Thar), resident of House No. 409, Street No. 17, Block L, Phase V. The notice further states these plots have been transferred in favour of BAWABAT AL KHAR GEN TROG LLC through its duly authorized representative, Mr. Muhammad Rehan Malik (resident of House No. 4/267, Faraz Street, Murray College Road).

Any person, bank, financial institution, company or other entity claiming any right, title, lien, charge, objection or encumbrance against the listed properties must submit written objections with supporting documentary evidence within seven (07) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which no claim will be entertained and the sale transaction will proceed.
