Issuer: Faysal Bank Limited. Sale of repossessed vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis through sealed bids (prescribed tender form).

Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected from June 15, 2026 to June 17, 2026 between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM at the locations shown below. Sealed bids (on the prescribed tender form) must be received before June 18, 2025 prior to close of business hours.

Bid requirements and payment:

• Submit sealed bids on the prescribed tender form before the stated deadline.
• Bids must be accompanied by a pay order equal to 10% of the bid amount in favor of Faysal Bank Limited (First Floor, Faysal House, ST-02, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi).
• The successful bidder will be informed and must deposit the full price within three days after intimation from the bank.
• The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

Taxes and charges: All government taxes, levies, charges, duties etc., if any, shall be borne by the bidder. As per section 236A, advance tax will be collected at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers over and above the sale price and deposited into the Government Treasury.
