TMA Kandia E-Tender for Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — Deadline 2026-06-25

Issuer: Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procuring entity: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Kandia invites e-bids for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery under Single Stage – Two Envelope method (KPPRA Rules 2014).

Eligibility: Well reputed and experienced Manufacturers / Fabricators / Suppliers / Firms having NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission method & deadline: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPADS e-procurement system on or before 2026-06-25 by 13:30 (1:30 PM). Technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 14:00 (2:00 PM). Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later and bidders will be informed by email.

Bid security & terms: Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of TMA Kandia must be sealed in an envelope and reach the given address before the closing date/time. All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply. Rates to be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Purchase order subject to release of funds. Incomplete, conditional or late/manual bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
