LESCO Tender No. 4384 – Consumables for Heavy-Duty Laser Printers (Bid due 2026-06-25)

Issuer: LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company). LESCO invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for procurement of consumables for heavy-duty laser printers (Xerox Nuvera-157-EA & D-125). Procurement is financed under LESCO's local funds on FCS basis. Eligible bidders include pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs or reputable firms/vendors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments or authorized distributors.

Bidding documents with detailed terms, specifications, bid bond/security (as per applicable percentage stated in the bidding documents), bid validity, evaluation criteria and performance guarantee requirements are available on the E-PADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and can be downloaded from http://www.ppra.gov.pk and www.lesco.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be prepared and uploaded on the E-PADs portal. Only the Bid Bond/Guarantee must be submitted in hard copy to:
