Market Committee Gujar Khan: Auction for Agro-Business Market-Fee Collection Contract (FY 2026-27)

Market Committee Gujar Khan invites public auction bids for the contract to collect market fees from agro-business units and agricultural commodity dealers in the notified area for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 28 July 2026 (Tuesday) at 12:00 in the office of Market Committee Gujar Khan.

The contract period runs until 30 June 2027 with no extension. Interested firms/individuals must submit a call deposit/pay order of Rs.250,000 to Market Committee Gujar Khan and pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.30,000. The government bid base (reserve) is Rs.2,500,000. Required documents include firm name and registered office, letterhead with telephone number, copy of CNIC, last six months bank statement, details of any cases against the firm in the last two years, and proof of payment of professional fee. Registration to participate must be completed by 12:00 on the auction day. If the auction cannot be held on the stated date it will be rescheduled to 30 July 2026 and 01 August 2026 at the same time and place.
