Pakistan Railways Corrigendum: Pre-Qualification Tender for Outsourcing Concrete Sleeper Factories (Sukkur, Khanewal, Kohat)

Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Concrete Sleeper Factories Directorate, Headquarters Office, Lahore. This corrigendum amends the pre-qualification tender for outsourcing the operation & management of Pakistan Railways Concrete Sleeper Factories at Sukkur, Khanewal and Kohat Cantt, including rehabilitation, upgradation, maintenance and operation during the concession period on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

Amendment (bid submission/opening date): Existing: 05 June 2026 (Friday). Read as: 19 June 2026 (Friday).
