EPADS Tender: Rehabilitation & Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes — PHE Division South Waziristan Lower

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division, South Waziristan Lower (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites bids through EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014 (single-stage, two-envelope procedure) for works related to drinking water supply schemes in newly merged districts.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

- Bid solicitation documents (BSD), including bidding/contract data and BOQs, are available for download on EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA.

- Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS before the stated deadline.

- Original work-wise bid securities (in the form of Call Deposit Receipt made in favour of the undersigned) must be submitted physically to the office of the undersigned by registered post/courier or by hand before the last date and time for bid submission.

- A Tender Form Fee of 0.03% of the Engineer's Estimated Cost (in the form of CDR in favour of the undersigned) must be physically submitted; failure to submit this fee will render the bid non-responsive and rejected.

- Technical bids will be downloaded and opened from EPADS on/after the stated technical bid opening date/time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation; financial bids of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened.

- Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status.

- Applicable notifications: KP-PPRA Notification No. SRO(14)/Vol1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022 and S.R.O.(29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26 dated 29-10-2025. Clarifications may be sought through EPADS.
