Pakistan Coast Guards Tender: Troops Carrying Vessel (Ferry) & Fast Patrol Boat (FPB) — Bid Opening 17 June 2026

Issuer: Director General, Pakistan Coast Guards. Sealed tenders are invited from GST-registered firms for supply of a Troops Carrying Vessel (Ferry) and a Fast Patrol Boat (FPB).

Key requirements and conditions:

- Prices: Submit FOR/DDP prices inclusive of GST, Income Tax, Custom duty and other applicable taxes.

- Delivery: Supplies must be completed during the current FY 2025-26. Delivery of each vessel must be within 90 days; otherwise the bid will not be considered at financial opening.

- Earnest Money: "16 Mn" earnest money of total bid amount in the form of pay order/bank draft must be enclosed in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards (as stated).

- Bid opening: Tenders will be opened on 17 Jun 2026 at 11:20 hrs.

- Tender documents: Can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kiyani Shaheed Road, Saddar, Karachi-3 on any working day between 0900 and 1200 hrs.

- Qualification: Supplier/contractor qualification and disqualification will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 2004.

- Validity: Rates quoted in the tender will be considered valid up to 30 June 2026.

- Other: Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender notice is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
