Pakistan Coast Guards Tender for Troops Carrying Vessel (Ferry) & Fast Patrol Boat (FPB)

Issuer: Director General, Pakistan Coast Guards. Sealed tenders are invited from GST-registered firms, accompanied by brochure/specification, for supply of the following vessels. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-17 at 11:20 hrs.

Key conditions:

• Prices to be submitted on FOR / DDP basis and must include GST, income tax, custom duty and other applicable taxes.
• Supplies to be completed during current FY 2025-26.
• Delivery of each vessel within 90 days; bids failing this will not be considered for financial opening.
• Earnest money: 16 Mn of total bid amount in the form of pay order/bank draft must be enclosed in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards.
• Bidding documents (details/quantity, terms and conditions) available from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kiyani Shaheed Road, Saddar, Karachi-3 on any working day between 0900 and 1200 hrs.
• Qualification and disqualification of suppliers/contractors will be governed by PPRA Rules 2004.
• Rates quoted in the tender will be valid up to 2026-06-30.
• Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2004.
