Pakistan Coast Guards Tender: Supply of Troops Carrying Vessel (Ferry) & Fast Patrol Boat (FPB) — Bid Opening 2026-06-17

Issuer: Director General, Pakistan Coast Guards.

Sealed tenders are invited from GST-registered firms for supply of the following vessels. Bids will be opened on 17 Jun 2026 at 11:20 hrs.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Firms must submit FOR / DDP prices inclusive of GST, Income Tax, Custom duty and other applicable taxes.
• Supplies to be completed during the current FY 2025-26.
• Delivery of each vessel must be within 90 days; otherwise the bid will not be considered in financial opening.
• Earnest money: 16 Mn of total bid amount in shape of pay order/bank draft must be enclosed with the bid in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards.
• Bidding documents (details/quantity, terms and conditions) can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kiyani Shaheed Road, Saddar Karachi-3 on any working day between 0900 to 1200 hrs.
• Qualification and disqualification of suppliers/contractors will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 2004.
• Rates submitted will be considered valid up to 30 June 2026.
• Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2004.
