The Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan has issued an addendum to its Invitation for Technical & Financial Proposals for hiring a Financial Advisor for the privatisation of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC). The RFP package — including Terms of Reference, Evaluation Criteria and the draft Financial Advisory Services Agreement — has been amended to allow proposals covering a range of transaction structure options.
