Issuer: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), Head Office, Zero Point, Islamabad. Public e-Auction of a bank official vehicle on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis via PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0.

Key vehicle for auction

Inspection: At ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad on working days (Monday–Friday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM up to one day prior to the auction date.

How to bid:

• Auction will be conducted through the EPADS System Version 2.0 (PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) via the online EPADS portal as referenced in the notice.
• Bidders must submit a Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs. 50,000/- as earnest money in favor of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited. Crossed cheques are not accepted.
• Earnest money must be submitted to ZTBL Procurement Department before the deadline. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.

Payment & taxes:

• The vehicle will not be sold below the reserve price of PKR 5,800,000/- (exclusive of tax).
• Tax on the quoted amount as per applicable laws: 10% for active tax filers and 20% for non-filers.
• Transfer fee and other government charges, if any, shall be borne by the purchaser.
• The successful bidder shall deposit 1 Million within five days of award of auction and pay the remaining amount within 15 working days. Failure to deposit within stipulated time will result in forfeiture of earnest money.
