ZTBL e-Auction: MG HS Essence (2023/2024) — Reserve PKR 5,800,000 — Islamabad (22 June 2026)

Issuer: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) — Head Office, Zero Point, Islamabad. ZTBL invites open e-auction bids (Auction No. ZTBL-03-2026) via the PPRA EPADS System Version 2.0 for sale of an official vehicle on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.

Inspection: Vehicle may be inspected at ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad on working days (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM up to one day prior to the auction date.

Platform & participation: Auction will be conducted through the PPRA EPADS e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Bidders must participate via the EPADS system; manual bid submission is not accepted.

Earnest money and payments: A Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs. 50,000 in favor of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited is required as earnest money (crossed cheques not accepted). Earnest money must be submitted to ZTBL Procurement Department before the due timeline. The successful bidder must deposit PKR 1,000,000 within five days of award and pay the remaining amount within 15 working days; failure to pay within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of earnest money.

Taxes & charges: Tax will be charged on the quoted amount as per applicable law: 10% for active tax filers and 20% for non-filers. Transfer fee and other government charges, if any, shall be borne by the purchaser.
