Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (Directorate of Estate Management, Hayatabad). One-time opportunity for restoration of cancelled residential plots/houses in Hayatabad that were cancelled due to unauthorized commercial or other non-conforming use.
Eligible applicants may restore their plots/houses by discontinuing the non-conforming activity, clearing all outstanding dues, and depositing the prescribed restoration charges as approved by the PDA Board.
