Eligibility and requirements (as stated):
- Two assignments of similar nature and complexity.
- Turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 in the previous 3 years.
- Presence on the Active Taxpayer List; Sales Tax certificate required.
- Joint venture (JV) is permissible.
- Bidder must be ISO certified under a similar scope of work.
