ZTBL e-Auction: Official Vehicle (MG HS Essence) — Bid by 2026-06-22

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites open e-auction bids via the PPRA EPADS System (EPADS v2.0) for disposal of an official vehicle on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. Bids will be submitted and opened online on the dates shown below. Inspection, earnest money, deposit schedule, taxes and transfer costs apply as stated.

Key conditions:

- Vehicle inspection: ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad on working days (Mon–Fri) 10:00 AM–4:00 PM up to one day before the auction.

- Bidding platform: PPRA EPADS System version 2.0 (online). Manual/physical bid submissions will not be accepted.

- Earnest money: Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs. 50,000 in favor of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited; cross-cheques are not accepted. Earnest money must be submitted to ZTBL Procurement Department before the deadline.

- Minimum sale price: Vehicle will not be sold below the reserve price of PKR 5,800,000 (excluding tax).

- Taxes and charges: Buyer bears transfer fee and any government charges. Sales tax on the quoted amount: 10% for active tax filers, 20% for non-filers.

- Payment schedule for successful bidder: Deposit PKR 1,000,000 within five days of award; remaining amount within 15 working days. Failure to pay within stipulated time may result in forfeiture of earnest money.

- ZTBL reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA disposal rules.
