PHED D.I. Khan Invites e-Bids for Water Supply Development to Sheikh Badin (ADP 240298)

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, D.I. Khan invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible government-registered contractors under prequalification procedure as per KPPPRA Rule No. 16 for development and provision of a water supply facility to Sheikh Badin (ADP 240298).

How to apply:

- Obtain bid solicitation documents from the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, D.I. Khan or via the EPADs electronic bidding system on any working day before the closing date and time.

- Submit a single-envelope technical proposal (physical via courier) before the closing time and date. The bidder must also apply online on EPADs.

Mandatory prequalification / technical requirements (must be met):

• Valid license registration and renewal (minimum C-4 category).
• Work orders and completion certificates of projects with cost of Rs. 150.00 million or more.
• Work orders and completion certificates for projects carried out in high-security risk areas (where applicable).
• Technical and administrative staff data must be available for verification on request.
• Bank statement showing at least Rs. 40.00 million balance, to remain available until award of contract if qualified.
• Technical bid must be properly organized, numbered, and free of tampered or fake documents; verification will be carried out and disciplinary action taken if documents are found fake.

Other conditions:

• Technical bid opening date/time is provided in the solicitation; result of prequalification will be announced along with the date for submission of financial bids.
• All terms and conditions are as per KPPPRA rules, PEC, SBDs and other relevant laws.
• Procuring entity may cancel tenders if cartel making is suspected (KPPPRA Rule No. 47, 2014).
• Bidders failing to meet specified conditions or submitting incomplete documents will be rejected.
