The Investigation Officer, NAB Sindh Karachi, on behalf of the National Accountability Bureau has sought attachment proceedings under the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999 (section 12(b)) in respect of accused Malik Riaz Hussain and others (Reference No. 01/2025; Criminal Misc. Petition No.12 of 2026).
