Transport Department Quetta Tender for Supply of Electric Buses and Chargers

Issuer: Transport Department, Balochistan Civil Secretariat, Quetta. PRQ No. 5438/4-6-2026. Tender documents available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. No tender fee required. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids.

Purpose: Supply of electric buses with electric chargers for feeder routes of green buses in Quetta.

Procurement rules: Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Eligibility / Key requirements (as stated):

• Two assignments of similar nature and complexity with aggregate value of PKR 400,000,000 in the previous 3 years.
• Minimum turnover of PKR 100,000,000 in the last three years.
• Presence on Active Taxpayer List and valid Sales Tax Certificate.
• ISO certification for similar scope of work (where applicable).
• Joint ventures (JV) are permissible.

Bid security: Must accompany bids in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call equal to 2% of the bid value, in the name of the undersigned, issued by a scheduled bank.

Submission & opening:

• Last date for electronic bid submission: 2026-06-22 by 11:45 AM via supplier dashboard on the ePPS system.
• Tender opening: Same day at 12:00 PM on the ePPS system.
