Conditions: All vehicles/goods will be auctioned on an "As is Where is" basis. Successful bidder must deposit one-quarter (1/4) of the bid amount in cash at the spot. If the bidder fails to deposit the remaining amount, the earnest money will be forfeited. Advance income tax: 10% for filers, 20% for non-filers — payable by the bidder in addition to the bid amount. The authorized officer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
