Issuer: Aitchison College, Lahore. The college invites sealed bids for renovation and fit-out of the MUSIC SOCIETY ROOM, including renovating the existing room, lettering, painting, sound proofing, lighting and supply of music equipment as specified in the tender documents.

Tender documents: A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased (non-refundable fee Rs. 10,000/-) at the Accounts Office, Aitchison College, Lahore from 2026-06-04 to 2026-06-19.
Submission: Sealed bids must be delivered to the Office of the Bursar, Aitchison College, Lahore latest by 11:00 AM on 2026-06-20. Bids must be submitted as a single-stage, two-envelope proposal and the envelopes should be clearly marked: "TENDER FOR MUSIC SOCIETY ROOM - Technical Proposal" and "TENDER FOR MUSIC SOCIETY ROOM - Financial Proposal".
Opening: Technical Proposals will be opened on 2026-06-20 at 10:30 AM in the Administration Block, Aitchison College, Lahore in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The date for opening of Financial Proposals will be advised after evaluation of Technical Proposals.
Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by 1.5% bid security (refundable) in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of Aitchison College, Lahore.
The Principal, Aitchison College, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
