Public Notice: Dissolution of M/S Factorywise Industrial Automation (AOP/Partnership)

Association of Persons (AOP)/Partnership firm M/S FACTORYWISE INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION has been dissolved by mutual consent effective 01-June-26. The firm was registered with the Registrar of Firms, Sheikhupura under Registration No. SKP/0137 dated 14-Dec-25 and Registration No. SKP/0154 dated 05-Jan-26. Dissolution was executed under Dissolution Deed No. PB-GRW-67853CE485DB21DE. The firm did not initiate any business activity nor open or operate any bank account in Pakistan. All claims, books of accounts, and internal matters among the partners have been settled.

Any individual, bank, government department, or institution having any objection or claim against the dissolved AOP/Firm must contact the undersigned or the Registrar of Firms, Sheikhupura within fifteen (15) days of this publication. No claim will be entertained after the expiry of this period.
