The College invites sealed bids from firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 for External Works (including Civil, Electrical, Public Health and related works) for the Faculty Housing Project under construction at Aitchison College, Lahore.

Submission and proposals:
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Bursar. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procedure: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted separately and clearly marked "External Works for Faculty Residences - Technical Proposal" and "External Works for Faculty Residences - Financial Proposal". Financial proposal opening date will be advised after technical evaluation.
Bid security and form:
All bids must include 1.5% bid security (refundable) in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Aitchison College, Lahore.
