M/s Dilawar Law Associates, counsel for Mr. Shah Shoaib ul Haq (proprietor of M/s La Casa Builders & Developers), gives notice that by a Project Sale Agreement dated 2025-12-31 all rights, title, interest, management and control in the project "La Casa One Mall & Residencia" have been sold, transferred and assigned to Mr. Abdul Latif (S/O Muhammad Yousuf, CNIC 42201-0615754-7).
Mr. Abdul Latif has taken over the project together with all related rights, responsibilities, assets and liabilities in accordance with the terms of the said agreement and applicable law. All allottees, investors, contractors, suppliers, government authorities and other concerned persons are advised that all future correspondence, claims, inquiries and dealings relating to the project shall be made directly with Mr. Abdul Latif at the project address below. This notice is published for information and record purposes only.
